After a traumatic experience with a real estate deal years before, we were scared to death at the thought of purchasing our Family Lake House. We first met Jen when our Charlotte agent couldn’t make it for some showings. Once we met her, we knew she’d be our forever agent! She was always right there when we needed her, translating our fears into preventative measures on paper. Our purchase turned out to have some challenges due to the inspection report.
